How did I fast?
Preparation:
1. day: only light food: 1 „muesli“ (=cereals) and some apples
2. day: only apples (good to clean up the digestion system)
Real fasting part:
3.- 7. day (=5 days): fasting on water (= best inner purification)
Adapting slowly to normal food:
8. day: only apples
9. day: light meals
As I wanted to get best possible purification of physical and metaphysical body I combined fasting with:
1. increased, extended kriya yoga practise
2. daily walk in nature in the fresh winter air
